Overview
MyGen™ (My Generation) systems convert sunlight into utility-quality
AC power that can be used by a residence or business, or automatically
sold back to the electric utility company.
During daylight hours the system's solar modules generate DC electricity,
which is converted to AC by an inverter and fed back into the utility
grid. Through this process, MyGen™ systems enable the home
or business owner to legally "turn the utility meter backward"
and significantly lower their electric bill. Best of all, the user
remains 100% connected to the utility's power grid, for a stable
supply of electricity regardless of sunlight conditions.

The MyGeneration™ (MyGen) Grid-Tie Photovoltaic (PV) Power
System consists of photovoltaic solar modules, direct current to
alternating current (DC-to-AC) power conversion device(s), DC wiring
and protection, AC wiring and protection, lightning protection,
component mounting and mechanical support.
It is built of modular, packaged sections-a photovoltaic/DC wiring
section(s) and a DC-to-AC power conversion/AC wiring section. Various
system sizes can be made through combinations of the DC and AC sections,
in multiples of 480 Watts STC*. Size is limited by component mounting
and unobstructed solar-receiving area.
The MyGeneration™ System is designed for use on residential
and small commercial buildings of typical construction. Photovoltaic
mounting is rafter-secured for structural compliance with most local
building codes.
